Manager, International Tax
Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a well-known public company in their search for an International Tax Manager. This position will oversee the global tax compliance process for the company’s legal entities. As the International Tax Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external tax service providers to ensure compliance with US and international tax laws. This company is in high-growth mode and offers a hybrid work environment and excellent benefits to include a strong annual bonus and profit sharing.

- Manage U.S. international tax compliance (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865)
- Lead Subpart F and GILTI reporting
- Review tax calculations, schedules, and journal entries
- Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, legal, asset management) for accurate data collection
- Monitor global tax regulations and assess impact on business
- Implement process improvements and tax technology solutions for efficiency
- Act as primary contact for audits, inquiries, and tax notices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department
