Senior Accountant (Family Office)
Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a highly successful and fast-growing real estate developer in Central Dallas to identify a Senior Accountant in their Family Office. This is a high-impact role within a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial organization that truly values work/life balance and invests in its people.
The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial data across a complex, multi-entity structure and support a broad range of accounting functions. This position reports directly to the Controller.

- 1.5-2+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Big 4 public accounting background
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high volumes of transactional data in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel required, Tableau or Alteryx experience a plus
- Base salary approximately $95,000 – $105,000, depending on experience, plus a 10-15% bonus
