Senior Accountant
Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a fast-growing healthcare company in North Dallas to identify a Senior Accountant. This is a high-impact role within a large, private equity backed healthcare platform that is highly acquisitive with exposure to senior leadership.
The Senior Accountant will be involved in the day-to-day accounting function by performing hands on monthly close duties and completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations, as well as perform P&L and balance sheet analytics.

- Process improvement and process automation experience
- Overall "data-centric" mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Base salary approximately $100,000 – $110,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
