Job Description
Unity Search has exclusively partnered with a very reputable healthcare company searching for a Senior Accountant. This company offers strong exposure and a great central location. Here’s more details about the role:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ad Hoc reporting as needed to identify and highlight business trends
- Perform various month-end close responsibilities
- Conduct various account reconciliations
- Perform journal entries
- Assist with financial reporting
- Provide variance analyses on actual vs budget
- Liaise with tax and audit firm as needed
- Perform various special projects
- Accounting degree required
- CPA (or pursuing) highly preferred
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Large public accounting experience foundation to career preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
