Senior Accountant
Job Description
A publicly traded principal investment firm based in Houston is growing its corporate accounting, reporting, and planning team. The Senior Accountant will take a lead role in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and quarterly close, while supporting SEC reporting, investment income schedules, and investor and analyst presentation materials.
This role offers strong long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to build a broad accounting, reporting, and financial planning and analysis skill set within a well-established, publicly traded platform.

Attributes Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (Master's in Accounting or MBA is a plus)
- CPA or CPA-eligible and actively pursuing preferred
- 2–4 years of accounting/financial reporting experience preferred
- Strong GAAP background with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong Excel skills
