Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical accounting activities, including U.S. GAAP research, documentation, and guidance on complex transactions.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, including consolidated statements and month-/quarter-/year-end close for U.S. and international entities.
- Oversee revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), capitalized software costs, fixed assets, debt schedules, and stock-based compensation accounting.
- Direct international reporting, review foreign submissions, and ensure alignment with corporate policies and U.S. GAAP.
- Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, purchase accounting, integration, and post-deal analysis.
- Lead U.S. and international audits, manage internal controls, and update accounting policies and process documentation.
- Drive process improvements, including ERP enhancements, automation, and reporting standardization.
- Partner cross-functionally across FP&A, tax, payroll, operations, and other teams while providing ad hoc reporting and analysis to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of accounting experience, public foundation is required.
- CPA
- Workday or large ERP experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $160-180k + bonus + equity
