- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP and other mission-critical business systems.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy while driving operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Provide strategic oversight of the enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP, PLM, CRM, HRIS, MES, and other business-critical platforms.
- Guide the integration and consolidation of ERP and enterprise applications to create a scalable, standardized, and efficient technology ecosystem across the organization.
- Drive the successful delivery and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications to improve performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Build and develop high-performing teams while managing vendors, budgets, and technology investments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business performance and accelerate innovation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of IT leadership experience.
- Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience leading Enterprise Applications within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading teams, budgets, and strategic technology initiatives.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- $220K–$250K base + bonus (DOE)
