Job Description

Unity Search has been engaged by a successful DFW Mid-Cities based Technology company its search for Senior Manager of Finance to support the FP Finance and CFO in the performance of finance responsibilities for the business. This role will a large amount of interaction with the executive team.

Responsibilities for the role will include but not be limited to:

Support the VP of Finance in the performance of all finance functions for the company. This includes but is not limited to:
- Oversee the company-wide corporate financial model, including the roll up of all department financial plans
- Provide analytics to drive both short- and long-term financial modeling for the business
- Consolidate and report monthly and quarterly budget versus actuals
- Provide executive decision support analysis in regards to strategic plans of the company
Supervise and train a team of financial analysts
Assist with budgeting and reporting at both the department and consolidated level
Perform various special projects for the VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Ideal candidate would have a BBA in Finance, Accounting or related field in addition to 7+ years of related experience with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience (as this role will have a team of direct reports). Exposure to working within the Technology/Software industry highly preferred but not required. Additionally, previous exposure to process and systems automation highly preferred. Candidate must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Our client has had history of success and offers great benefits including 401K match, very good health care benefits where the company pays for 100% of employee insurance premiums. This role will be a hybrid role where there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will probably be in the $140K to $160K range + Bonus.
