UNITY has been retained by a leading technology/real estate company in Dallas looking for a Tax Director. Reporting to the VP of Tax, this Director will manage the tax team, oversee the tax provision, corporate and partnership tax compliance and tax planning.
UNITY has been retained by a leading technology/real estate company in Dallas looking for a Tax Director. Reporting to the VP of Tax, this Director will manage the tax team, oversee the tax provision, corporate and partnership tax compliance and tax planning.
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provision process, ensuring accurate and timely return-to-provision reconciliations
- Review federal and state tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls related to tax reporting and compliance and respond to related external auditor inquiries
- Company offers hybrid work schedule (1 to 2 days remote)
