Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a prominent Dallas real estate client in their search for an M&A Transaction Tax Manager. This position will lead and develop a team responsible for tax analysis, modeling, structuring, and execution of complex real estate investments, joint ventures, and other transactions. This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape deal structures, prepare technical tax memoranda, oversee transaction modeling, and guide external advisors. The Manager will implement policies that drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value.
