Unity Search has partnered with a national mid-tier public accounting firm in Frisco seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join its Real Estate tax practice. This is a high-visibility role with strong upward mobility and long-term partnership potential.
Job Responsibilities:
This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for career progression, flexibility, and a top-tier firm culture. Work remote 2 days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for commercial real estate clients
- Review complex partnership and corporate tax returns
- Manage and mentor teams while overseeing engagement progress
- Research complex tax issues and draft technical memorandums
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
- Participate in proposals and business development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred
- CPA, JD, or EA required
- 8+ years of real estate tax experience
- Strong tax research, project management, and client communication skills
