Senior Manager, Business Tax

Job Description
- Lead accurate, timely filed business tax returns (with a focus on Form 1120S), quarterly tax projections, and tax provisions
- Working with the tax leadership team you will specialize in the operations, business plans and ongoing initiatives of the businesses
- Advise the businesses regarding the tax efficient execution of transactions and potential business opportunities including strategic tax planning for acquisitions and divestitures of businesses
- Research complex tax issues and summarize results in a concise manner to communicate to management
- Great work/life balance with 36 1/2 hour work week/close early on Friday
