We’re looking for a sharp and motivated Tax Contractor to join a collaborative team in Plano on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite per week). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role, provide coverage during an upcoming maternity leave, and support a group that values teamwork and flexibility. You’ll gain exposure to federal and state tax, sales tax, and tax provision work, while working in a fast-paced environment that’s currently transitioning from Oracle to OneStream. Responsibilities

• Support federal and state tax work, including preparation and review

• Assist with sales tax processes (a plus, but not required)

• Provide support on tax provisions (preferred but not required)

• Manage and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions (vlookups, pivot tables, macros)

• Partner with the Tax Manager and broader finance team to meet deadlines

• Adapt to system transition from Oracle to OneStream

• Coordinate with external compliance vendors (compliance is outsourced)

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of federal and state tax prep experience

• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros required)

• Experience with Oracle and/or OneStream is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Must be available to start quickly and commit through March 2026

• Background check and drug screen required prior to start
