Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a large North Dallas company that is looking to add a SALT Director to oversee multistate income/franchise tax, indirect tax, ASC 740 support, audits, planning, and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization. The company operates with corporate and partnership/joint venture structures.
Ideal background includes 10+ years of strong multistate income tax experience, ASC 740 exposure, SALT planning/audit experience, and leadership capabilities.
