UNITY is working with a growing company in the Energy Sector to hire a Corporate Tax Manager. This is a newly created position due to expansion. They are located in the Greenway Plaza area and offer a hybrid work schedule.

- Federal and state and local tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
- Quarterly and year-end tax provisions.
- Coordination with external consultants for compliance and research.
- Tax audits and correspondence with various taxing jurisdictions.
- Research, analysis, and documentation of various tax matters.
- Support in other areas of tax such as sales & use tax.
