Job Description
Tax Manager – Private Equity – Dallas – (#107241)
- Retained by a growing private equity firm, looking for their first tax hire, which is a newly created Tax Manager role
- Looking for someone with strong partnership experience and if they have ASC 740 that’s a plus, but not needed
- Responsible for working with the outside service providers to handle K-1 reporting and the provision
- Culture: Open-door, collaborative environment with a focus on work-life balance. Everyone is young and has kids
- Work-Life Balance: Self-accountable environment with no clocking in/out and a flexible PTO policy. Average work weeks are as close to 40-45 hours with flexibility for life events as needed
- Strong compensation including large bonus + equity component
- Carried interest in funds that close while employed and Co-investment opportunities in launched funds
- Benefits: 401K with 6% matching, $250/month for cell phone expenses, unlimited PTO
- Office Environment: Focus on fostering a positive atmosphere. Lunch provided every Monday and Happy Hours on Fridays. Office has a speakeasy bar and collaborative workspaces
- Salary up to $175k + 25% bonus + 25% equity
