Unity Search has partnered with a boutique Ft. Worth advisory firm looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. This company has quadrupled in growth over the past 5 years, offers excellent benefits, a casual work environment, and good work life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Meets and corresponds with clients/potential clients and regularly with attorneys, CPAs, and other vendors collaboratively to service the client
- Review individual, partnership, s-corp, trust and gift tax returns including preparation of some more complex partnership returns
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex tax returns
- Oversee client tax compliance, planning and consulting projects by researching federal and state regulations
- Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement
Qualifications:
- CPA certification highly preferred
- 5+ years of current public accounting experience preparing and reviewing all types of tax returns
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local income tax law
