Job Description
Location: West Dallas
Unique Attributes:

- Serve as the primary Workday System Administrator with a focus on Workday Financials.
- Support the upcoming Workday implementation, collaborating with the internal team and external partners.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules to support enterprise-wide needs.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Financials, advising leadership on best practices and system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements, and ensure data integrity across business units.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Manage security roles, business processes, workflows, and integrations in Workday.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to fully leverage the platform.
- Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed.
- Participate in long-term system planning and roadmap discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, preferably within Financials modules.
- Background in corporate accounting, finance operations, or ERP system administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Compensation: Dependent on experience but likely somewhere in the $100-120K range
