Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a boutique real estate company in Central Dallas to hire a Corporate Treasury Analyst. This is a newly created role due to growth, offering excellent visibility to the Director, strong work/life balance, and a friendly, collaborative work environment. Role Highlights:
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, banking activities, and liquidity management across multiple business units.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and maintain the organization’s overall financial health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
- 2+ years of treasury/corporate finance experience
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Professional certification preferred (i.e., CPA, CTP)
- Real estate and/or partnership accounting experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
