Unity is searching for a NetSuite Financial Systems Manager for a growing, energy infrastructure client located in The Woodlands, TX. Our Houston team is seeking an experienced and detail- oriented F&A systems manager with significant experience in NetSuite. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP platform. Serves as the primary liaison between finance, accounting, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure financial systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The position focuses on system integrity, process optimization, reporting, and user support across financial modules.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Finance and Accounting teams, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
• Support month-end close, audits, and compliance reporting by ensuring system readiness and controls
• Build and maintain and update monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Financial and Management Reporting
• Enforce financial systems governance, change management, and access controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing NetSuite in a finance or accounting environment
• Strong understanding of GL accounting principles and financial close processes 
• Experience with NetSuite reporting, role-based security and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SmartView or SuiteScript (functional level)
