Valuations Associate
A publicly traded principal investment firm based in Houston is growing its valuations team. The Valuations Analyst will play a lead role in the quarterly valuation of the firm’s portfolio company investments. The position also supports SEC reporting, management reporting, and investor presentations, providing meaningful exposure to senior leadership and the firm’s investment activity.

Attributes Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s in Accounting or MBA is a plus)
- CPA required
- 1.5 – 3 years Big 4 experience with diverse client base.
- Significant exposure to general accounting is required (valuations/financial modeling)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
